A) or BIS BlackBerry Internet Service is a service that is generally used by individual or small / medium office which services the needs of this very support push email for business purposes or personal

* Email can push if the mail server is supported by technology, POP 3 or IMAP
* Email is received at the handheld (Push Email) 30 seconds to a maximum of 20 minutes
* Ability to add in the handheld email account to 10 BIS
* Users do webclient activation of either the PC or BlackBerry handheld
* There is no minimum subscription


Lack of service from the BIS are:

* Syncronize email, calendar, task and contact is done manually via Desktop Manager
* If the user is a corporate employee of the application can not access the internal (application inventory, reimbursement, etc)

* If user forgot its password handheld, all data on the handheld (contact, email, sms, applications, etc) will be lost.

* Administrator can SSX IT Policy, password reset handheld, Handheld Kill, etc.
* Not by depending on other servers (SSX Using your own server)
